In the heart of Tuscany, between the enchanted landscapes of Siena, Florence, Arezzo and the Chianti region, just 15 minutes drive from Cortona and 5 minutes drive from the motorway A1 exit Val di Chiana, Villa Portoverde is the luxury residence built for your holidays and wedding receptions in the most beautiful in Italy.

Fabrizio est un homme discret et respectueux qui entretient parfaitement ses espaces extérieurs. Il est disponible si vous avez besoin. La piscine est grande (12x6), très belle et propre. Une route jouxte la propriété et vous entendez le bruit des voitures par intermittence mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
La décoration intérieure est rustique et chargée. Les matelas des lits sont récents et fermes. La climatisation est en option dans toutes les chambres et je la recommande durant l’été. La maison est dans l’ensemble propre. P-e que les portes des placards de la cuisine pourraient l’être davantage. Il y a un nombre incalculable d’ustensiles de cuisine et si vous aimez cuisiner, vous serez comblé ! Par contre les prises électriques ne sont pas en quantité suffisante pour la bouilloire, le café, le grille pain… Il y a aussi un très beau barbecue à charbon. Il y a de nombreux espaces extérieurs pour dîner, déjeuner à plusieurs ou se détendre. Nous avons aussi utilisé la table de ping-pong et le jacuzzi mais l’eau était un peu trouble. Les douches pourraient être rénovées et agrandies pour davantage de confort.
Nous recommandons cette location pleine de charme et bénéficiant d’un bon rapport qualité prix.
À noter que la maison est à 30 minutes de la superbe ville d’Arezzo et à 45 minutes de Sienne

Is Villa Portoverde suitable for families with children?

Very much so: the 5,000 m² garden is fully fenced, with a playground, table tennis, foosball and a large pool with Roman steps. Cots and extra beds are available on request, and the villa is rented to one group at a time.

How many people can the villa sleep?

Up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms (plus 4 extra beds/cots on request), with 3 indoor and 3 outdoor bathrooms. Perfect for two families travelling together or a three-generation holiday.

Where exactly is the villa?

In Foiano della Chiana, in Tuscany’s Valdichiana countryside: 5 minutes from the A1 motorway exit, 20 minutes from Cortona, about 1 hour from Florence and Siena, and roughly halfway between Rome and Florence.

What is included in the rental?

Utilities, linens, WiFi, kitchenware, pool towels in season and games. Optional extras: private chef, massages, air conditioning (€7.50/day per room), sauna and jacuzzi (free in low season) and final cleaning (€250).
