You can rent the entire Villa every days of the year, we are always opened!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Villa Portoverde\u00a0for holidays and celebrations<\/span> has Air Conditioning,\u00a01 wide living-rooms,\u00a01 kitchen,\u00a04 bedrooms,\u00a03 bathrooms internal of external and 3 bathrooms, for a total 10 beds.<\/p>\n Enchanted by the astonishing sights of Foiano and Cortona, the Villa fills an area of 450 square meters, of which the native part about 230.<\/p>\n The Villa has been built in 1921 and enlarged in 1999, during which was performed a careful restauration of the native part. A new global restauration has been done during 2019.<\/p>\n The original part is completely independent to tourists while the expansion in is occupied by the owner and his wife who guarantee maximum privacy and offer concierge service to tourists, garden, swimming pool, finnish sauna and whirlpool are for the exclusive use of tourists.<\/p>\n In axis with the house lies the beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (6×12 meters) and the original wood-and- bricks porch.<\/p>\n At one side of the pool there is a large whirlpool tub for exteriors (SPA) with 6 places for lying down with a heater, ozonator, waterfall and whirlpool 2-speed and 32 jets. The heater allows to use the bathtub also during low and middle seasons. The wellness program is completed by a Finnish Sauna (calidarium) with 8 seats complete with antisauna (tepidarium) which has an average temperature between the outside and inside of the sauna.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In a garden corner there is a beautiful beaten iron gazebo with mosaic table and ironchairs. Behind a wooden porch there is a florentine octagonal fountain.\u00a0Between the swimming pool area, whirlpool and fountains and the Villa area there is a security barrier for children consisting of a very thick hedge with a minimum height of 2 meters and a wrought iron barrier with a 1 meter lockable gate.<\/p>\n We offer you a relaxing vacation in complete contact with the nature and the beauty of the Tuscany country,\u00a0 characterized by the green of the hills, the sublime wine and\u00a0 excellent cuisine.<\/p>\n The Villa, set in quiet position, has an elevated level of quality of\u00a0 fur-nishings, distemperings, floorings and\u00a0 coverings, it’s perfect for your vacation in relax far from caos and smog but, at the same time, near to medieval and enchanted town and city.<\/p>\n The Villa is accessed through two gates in beaten iron with an automatic-distance opening and a pedonal access, and is surrounded by an ample garden of 5.000 square meters, entirely fenced by great and original Tuscan “Cotto” pitchers, secular trees, cast iron benches and lamp-posts.<\/p>\n The space<\/span> can be<\/span> used<\/span> for<\/span> outdoor<\/span> weddings<\/span> and<\/span> receptions<\/span> since there is<\/span> a<\/span> marquee<\/span> that can<\/span> accommodate tables and chairs<\/span> for about<\/span> 300 people<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n On the wide green space is possible to play soccer – even land with a helicopter!
